4. Commercial terms & fees
AMONT Showroom works exclusively business-to-business with brands, retailers, investors and property owners.
We operate through written mandates, proposals or contracts which define the scope of work, responsibilities, timelines and fees for each mission. These documents always prevail over the general information below.
4.1. Fees & commissions
We combine fixed fees (for advisory, data and research work) and, when relevant, success-based commissions (for venue deals, off-market transactions or introductions that lead to a signed contract).
Fees depend on the scope, markets, level of complexity and duration of each assignment.
Our fee structures for venue rentals, showroom deals and off-market searches are aligned with standard practice in the Paris retail and showroom market.
There is no public rate card on this site.
Detailed fees are always communicated and agreed before the start of any mission, and confirmed in writing (mandate, proposal or contract). There are no hidden fees.
4.2. Quotes, mandates and invoices
Any prices or ranges mentioned on this site are illustrative and do not constitute a binding offer.
A mission only starts once a proposal / mandate has been accepted in writing (including by email) by the client or property owner.
Invoices are issued in EUR, with or without VAT depending on the legal status of the Company at the time and applicable French tax rules.
Payment terms (due dates, deposits, penalties, etc.) are specified in each mandate or invoice.

The information on this site is intended for general information and marketing. It does not constitute legal, financial or tax advice, nor a guarantee of result.
