AMONT PRIVATE NETWORK · PARIS

Off-market venues in Paris.
Sourced around the brief.

AMONT's public portfolio is a curated starting point, not the limit of the search. When the brief asks for another street, another scale or another operating condition, we activate a wider Paris sourcing network of approximately 200 spaces through direct owners, trusted partners, confidential opportunities and targeted outreach.

Every search is brief-led. Dates, district, usable surface, budget, intended use, access and operational requirements decide where we look. Availability is always verified.

SEARCH SPECTRUM

From 40 m² boutiques to 2,300+ m² destination venues.

The wider search can move from compact street-level retail to appointment showrooms, galleries, private residences, spaces under glass, rooftops, industrial formats and large event volumes. The value is not inventory for its own sake. It is having somewhere intelligent to go when the brief changes.

Compact
40–100 m²

Boutiques & small galleries

Street visibility, controlled appointments, focused pop-ups and compact Fashion Week formats.

RetailPop-upAppointments
Core showroom
100–300 m²

Showrooms & character spaces

The heart of many wholesale, press and multi-brand briefs: enough surface to circulate without losing intimacy.

Fashion WeekPressWholesale
Large format
300–700 m²

Galleries & activation spaces

More production, more guests, more programme phases — with access, circulation and technical reality becoming decisive.

Destination scale
700–2,300+ m²

Industrial & event volumes

Large-scale productions, automotive, destination events and briefs where height, loading or raw volume drive the search.

Illustrative sourcing scope based on AMONT's current wider search universe. This is not live inventory. Availability, pricing, owner approval and project suitability are checked against each active brief.

PARIS COVERAGE

Paris is not one venue market.

A Fashion Week showroom in Haut Marais, a discreet appointment space near Vendôme and a large production venue around République do not compete on the same logic. AMONT reads district, street, audience, access and operations together — not postcode alone.

WHEN THE PUBLIC MARKET ISN'T ENOUGH

Private sourcing matters when the public market stops answering the brief.

The Private Network is not added to every project for effect. It becomes useful when a real constraint creates distance between what is publicly visible and what the project actually requires.

01

Precise district

The brief needs one street, one buyer route or one very specific Paris zone — and the visible options simply do not fit.

02

Unusual scale

The search needs a compact flagship, a 500 m² gallery or a 1,000 m²+ production volume that rarely appears cleanly in temporary-venue directories.

03

Confidentiality

The project should not circulate broadly before announcement, or the owner only wants serious, qualified conversations.

04

Fixed dates

The calendar cannot move and the strongest visible inventory is already committed, so the search has to open wider.

05

Technical brief

Vehicle access, loading, ceiling height, power, guest flow or security can eliminate beautiful spaces that would fail operationally.

06

Weak public shortlist

The visible shortlist is too weak, too expensive or simply wrong for the project. That is when searching wider becomes useful.

PRIVATE SEARCH METHOD

One brief. One market.

AMONT does not treat public and private spaces as two competing catalogues. Everything is measured against the same brief, then filtered until the remaining options are genuinely decision-ready.

WHAT PRIVATE MEANS AT AMONT

Access without theatre.

The value is not secrecy for its own sake. It is knowing where to look, who to call, what to verify and which opportunities are worth putting in front of the client.

AMONT FIELD PRINCIPLE · ACCESS · QUALIFICATION · DISCRETION
Search capability
The Private Network is a sourcing layer, not a hidden catalogue. It gives AMONT more routes into the market when the public portfolio is not enough.
Verified, not assumed
Dates, pricing, permitted use, owner interest and suitability are checked project by project.
Relationship-led
Access may come through direct owners, trusted partners or targeted outreach. The strength is the route into the conversation, not a claim of automatic exclusivity.
Value beyond price
Off-market does not automatically mean cheaper. Its value can be better fit, better timing, better access or an opportunity the public search could not reach.
Discretion by default
Addresses, imagery, pricing and owner relationships stay private until they are relevant to an active brief.

OFF-MARKET VENUES PARIS · CLEAR ANSWERS

What brands usually need to know.

Straight answers on access, availability, exclusivity, pricing and what “off-market” actually means in practice.

Does AMONT Showroom have off-market venues in Paris?
Yes. AMONT combines a curated public venue portfolio with a wider sourcing network of approximately 200 Paris spaces. The network can include direct-owner, partner, confidential and genuine off-market opportunities searched according to each project's dates, district, usable surface, budget, use, access and operational requirements.
Does AMONT only source venues listed on its website?
No. The public portfolio is a selected visible layer. When the brief requires something different, AMONT can search beyond the website through owner relationships, partner spaces and targeted outreach.
Are all ≈200 spaces off-market?
No. The wider network combines public opportunities, partner inventory, direct-owner spaces, confidential opportunities and true off-market sourcing. Off-market is one route inside the network, not the definition of the whole network.
Are all of those venues available?
No. Availability, pricing, permitted use, owner approval and project suitability are checked against the active brief before a venue is recommended.
What kinds of venues can AMONT source?
Fashion Week showrooms, pop-up stores, boutiques, galleries, private apartments and houses, launch spaces, press venues, brand activation locations, rooftops, industrial spaces and larger event venues. The relevant search route depends on the audience and operating model.
Are off-market venues cheaper?
Not necessarily. Off-market means the opportunity is not being broadly marketed. It does not guarantee lower pricing, exclusivity or availability. Its value can be better fit, timing or access when the public market does not answer the brief cleanly.
Why are private venues not shown publicly?
Because some addresses, imagery, pricing, availability and owner relationships are confidential or should only be shared when they are relevant to an active project.
