A former tannery, the showroom blends Parisian stonework with “Eiffel” steel beams and a classic artisan façade—authentic Marais bones with a clean, contemporary finish. The 133 m² interior unfolds as a sequence of open rooms (approx. 20 × 7 m), enabling fluid circulation for collections, appointments and events up to ~100 guests. Practical back-of-house includes an equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilets, office and storage, with even, flexible lighting throughout for merchandising, lookbooks and content shoots.
