Showroom République Valmy is a 740 m² flagship industrial production venue located 100 meters from Place de la République, along Boulevard Jules Ferry, at the intersection of Paris’s most connected transit hub and the Canal Saint Martin creative corridor.
Originally built as 19th century stables and later operated by the Fonderies du Tarn, the building preserves a rare Paris industrial identity defined by Eiffel style metal frameworks, raw masonry, and four large skylights flooding the central hall with daylight.
Ceiling heights range from 2.40 m in secondary zones to 7.45 m in the main hall, rising to 10 m beneath the skylights, positioning the venue for productions requiring scale, structural presence, and technical reliability rather than a simple white shell.
The venue operates on dual exposure. A 10 meter façade along Boulevard Jules Ferry ensures immediate urban visibility, while an independent boutique frontage with approximately 8 meters of street glazing creates a controlled retail interface.
This configuration enables public activations, press flows, and B2B showroom appointments to coexist without operational friction, separating street traffic from the main production hall and upper levels.
Inside, the architecture reads as a daylight driven industrial gallery. Polished concrete floors, exposed metal trusses, and skylight geometry create a neutral yet powerful scenographic backdrop suited to runway presentations, brand environments, filming, and content capture.
The central hall supports large scale builds while maintaining peripheral zones for logistics, technical setups, backstage operations, and appointment circulation during Fashion Week or private brand presentations.
A dedicated boutique volume of approximately 64 to 65 m², divided into three street facing rooms, functions as the venue’s public interface. It can operate as a retail pop up, VIP welcome zone, or brand reception while the main hall remains reserved for showroom appointments, presentations, or private programming. This duality allows brands to combine visibility and discretion within the same address.
