AMONT · PARIS TEMPORARY RETAIL GUIDE

How to launch a pop-up store in Paris

A Paris pop-up is a temporary shop with a hard opening date. The concept, venue, public-use position, stock, payment, staff, signage and daily reset must converge before customers arrive. A beautiful empty room is not a launch plan.

The launch has four systems

All must be ready on the same morning.

01 · Store
Venue, fit-out and public access
02 · Product
Stock, fixtures, pricing and payment
03 · People
Staffing, security and service
04 · Demand
Audience, communication and measurement

The venue should be confirmed early enough to lock the operating facts that every supplier needs.

AMONT field position

Temporary does not reduce the need for discipline. The public still expects a legible offer, transparent prices, accessible service, reliable payment and a team that knows what happens next.

01 · Window
Explain the propositionA passer-by should understand the brand, product and reason to enter.
02 · Floor
Build a customer pathDiscovery, trial, advice, checkout and exit should not compete.
03 · Reserve
Keep operations invisibleStock, packaging, staff items and replenishment need a protected place.
04 · Close
Reset every dayClean, count, secure, recharge and prepare before the next opening.

Do not open until every owner and responsible party is identified.

Signed venue terms cover all installation, live, dismantling and handover access.
Intended sales, event, food, music, filming and signage uses are expressly checked.
Applicable retail registration, invoicing, tax, return and payment processes are confirmed.
Any required vente au déballage review or declaration is handled for the actual venue/use.
Accessible public route, capacity, safety and emergency procedures are understood.
Fixtures, fitting, price display, stock security and payment fallback are installed and tested.
Staff rota, opening/closing control, cleaning, waste and incident escalation are written.
Initial condition evidence and final reinstatement responsibilities are agreed.
