AMONT · CENTRAL PARIS OPERATIONS

Deliveries, loading and access for central Paris venues

A venue is not operationally accessible because a van can reach the street. The delivery plan must connect the current street rules, an achievable stopping position, vehicle and item dimensions, doors, stairs or lifts, common areas, access hours, protection, crew sequence and removal.

Four measurements before dispatch

Use the largest item and least forgiving point.

Qualify the route from depot to final position.

Each handoff can invalidate the one before it.

Issue one delivery schedule to every party.

Before

Pre-clear the route

Confirm address, contact, slot, vehicle, driver instructions, item list, protection, keys, lift or caretaker needs and escalation route.

During

Control arrivals and handling

One person manages the street interface, one the building threshold and one the internal placement. Record damage or access variance immediately.

After

Clear, protect and reset

Remove packaging from the route, confirm installed condition, retain access evidence and prepare the same controls for replenishment and removal.

A delivery zone is not a private loading dock.

City guidance distinguishes delivery arrangements and street rules; the team must read the current local signage and verify the exact operational conditions. Even a lawful stop can fail if the distance, duration, crew or building route is unrealistic.

01 · Current
Verify the exact addressUse official information and on-street evidence close to the operation date.
02 · Public
Protect other street usersDo not design an unsafe or obstructive unload around wishful timing.
03 · Property
Obtain written access termsCommon areas, neighbours, caretaker, keys, hours and protection may be decisive.
04 · Fallback
Pre-agree an alternativeDefine who decides if the zone is occupied, the vehicle is late or the item cannot pass.

Put the largest item and complete route in the brief.

AMONT can qualify public venues and, when the brief requires a wider search, options from the Private Network against real access hours, street-to-room handling, building conditions, installation sequence and removal—not only location and surface.
