Deliveries, loading and access for central Paris venues
A venue is not operationally accessible because a van can reach the street. The delivery plan must connect the current street rules, an achievable stopping position, vehicle and item dimensions, doors, stairs or lifts, common areas, access hours, protection, crew sequence and removal.

Issue one delivery schedule to every party.
The venue, transporter, production lead and building contact should share the same current version.
Pre-clear the route
Confirm address, contact, slot, vehicle, driver instructions, item list, protection, keys, lift or caretaker needs and escalation route.
Control arrivals and handling
One person manages the street interface, one the building threshold and one the internal placement. Record damage or access variance immediately.
Clear, protect and reset
Remove packaging from the route, confirm installed condition, retain access evidence and prepare the same controls for replenishment and removal.
A delivery zone is not a private loading dock.
City guidance distinguishes delivery arrangements and street rules; the team must read the current local signage and verify the exact operational conditions. Even a lawful stop can fail if the distance, duration, crew or building route is unrealistic.
