Paris Women’s Fashion Week September 2027 showroom guide

FHCM currently schedules the Spring/Summer 2028 womenswear edition from Monday 27 September to Tuesday 5 October 2027. Treat those nine official days as the market context, then build a separate venue calendar around the brand’s actual appointments, sample arrivals, installation, daily reset and removal.

Nine official days create an operating test

Staffing and reset must remain consistent through the full programme.

Plan the long edition by operating pressure.

The correct response is a durable system, not a more crowded room.

Choose the showroom model before the address.

Each model changes buyer acquisition, layout and commercial responsibility.

Single brand

Controlled environment and dedicated calendar

Works when the brand owns buyer outreach, sales staff and follow-up and needs a focused collection world. The full fixed operation remains the brand’s responsibility, including every unfilled appointment and production day.

Need · commercial ownership
Multi-brand

Shared infrastructure and curated context

Can provide combined presentation and operating support, but brand mix, services, commissions, exclusivity, data and actual buyer strategy vary. Review the specific agreement rather than assuming traffic or orders.

Need · due diligence
Appointment-led

Private efficiency over public frontage

A courtyard, upper-floor or discreet format can work when guests are confirmed and the arrival is clear. Put value into collection capacity, working tables, hospitality, connectivity and reserve before paying for unused retail exposure.

Need · confirmed route

Protect consistency across the whole edition.

A showroom should feel controlled for the final priority appointment, not only at the opening. Build daily accountability for samples, presentation, guest records, hospitality, cleanliness, equipment and the next morning’s calendar.
