Large builds create packaging, cases, waste and replacement stock. Protect a route and holding area so production never occupies guest circulation.

Base rent is only one line. Installation days, technicians, equipment, heating or cooling, security, cleaning, waste, extended staffing, protection, removal and reinstatement can materially change the comparison. A more suitable property may reduce production enough to justify a higher rental line.
