Paris Fashion Week dates and real showroom occupation calendar
Official Fashion Week dates describe the runway calendar. A showroom booking must describe the whole occupation: owner handover, deliveries, installation, merchandising, appointments, dismantling, cleaning and key return. Use the official dates as the fixed reference, then build the property calendar around the actual work.

A request containing only the public calendar is incomplete.

Choose an occupation model from the work—not habit.
The live calendar can be identical while access requirements are completely different.
Appointment showroom
A prepared venue, existing rails, limited graphics and a focused collection may allow a short installation. The brief still needs a named entry inspection, testing window and final clean.
Scenographic showroom
Temporary walls, specialist lighting, large graphics, AV or custom furniture require additional access, approvals, protection and technical testing before the first buyer arrives.
Multi-brand or event crossover
Multiple deliveries, brand zones, hospitality, press or a cocktail create more installation and close-out work. The venue period must protect commissioning and removal—not only guest hours.
Work backwards from the first appointment and forwards from the last.
The useful calendar has two anchors: when the showroom must be fully tested and when the venue must be empty, clean and accepted. Place every supplier, stock movement and approval between those anchors before accepting the quoted period.
